Last year the kids asked if I would make them a green lunch for St. Patrick’s Day. I usually cook a big evening meal so it had to be something fast and easy. This is what we put together:
I found green spinach tortillas so I made lunch meat roll-ups with cream cheese
Fuzzy spicy avocado green chips–surprisingly good!
Green Apple Sauce
Green juice
and….
This took about ten minutes to prepare, but it was sure fun and festive!

What, no green eggs and ham? 🙂
Looks great, Esther. I love what you do for your kids — you are a fun mom. 🙂
That is a super-great idea! Thanks for sharing.
Woot! Can never go wrong with green! Especially the OREOS:)))
What a fun idea! I am going to have to do something fun this year, thanks for the good ideas!
i want to spend holidays at your house!
I concur with Elizabeth
I love that idea!
Oh what a fun idea! I remember one St. Patrick’s day my sons wanted green milk. So I colored it with food dye but my kids just couldn’t get past the color and said it tasted funny, lol!
Thanks for linking up to Making Your Home Sing Monday!
Yeah, it is all green! What a sweet idea? Was it hard finding everything in green? That makes it so much more fun! Nothing better than Oreo’s!
I’ll just take your word for it about those fuzzy chips there! ^_^
