Funny Kids Quotes

Funny Kids QuotesMy husband was  home with a migraine so I left the baby sleeping in his crib when I went to pick the kids up from their one day a week school for home schooled kids.  On the way home I explained to all of them in great detail that when we got home everyone needed to be very quiet and go right to their rooms so no one would disturb the sleeping Bobby or their ailing dad.

“Oh.  Well I was going to ask you a question, but since you said we would need to be quiet I probably shouldn’t ask,” said Joy age eight.

“Probably not,” I responded.

There was silence for a little while.  Then very meekly Joy asked, “So if I had asked if Grace could come to my room, what would you have said?”

I took a couple little girls to visit my great grandma in the nursing home. Each time they visited, Grandma would give them a piece of candy. I told them Grandma would probably end up giving them candy, but it’s not polite to ask. Nect visit, 4 yr old girl climbs on Grandma’s lap and says, “Michelle told us not to ask for candy, but if you wanted to give us one, that would be ok.”
