The Case of the Missing Keys

After one of Jason’s soft ball games one day, one of the guys on the team couldn’t find his keys. Jason stayed late to help him look all around the bench and all over the field. He even asked some of the little boys if they had picked up some keys. He knew he had seen them somewhere. Finally deciding there was nothing else he could do, Jason turned to leave. He shoved his hand in his pocket searching for his own keys. Imagine Jason’s face and that of his teammate when out came the poor mans keys! All this time they were in Jason’s pocket! I laughed and laughed when he told me about it. He had picked them up from the bench, and then absentmindedly put them in his pocket. My sweet husband came home and couldn’t wait to tell me all about it because he knew I’d get a kick out of it! It’s things like this that make our life so much fun!

One of those times that make you want to purse your lips,
squint your eyes really tight, clinch your fists and curl your toes.

I misplaced my keys last week. My husband asked me if I had gone the deck to put out ant traps that day. After I said “Yes”,I noticed they were in the deck door. Glad to know I wasn’t the only one.

Just stopped by to thank you for following.
