Thanksgiving Dinner 2011

So I hosted Thanksgiving dinner four days before I plan to deliver baby number five!  Ha ha.  I love saying that.  In all, actually I may have organized it, but everyone pitched in.  My husband was designated to keep the kids entertained.  My dad was in charge of the tea.  My mom did the turkey, potatoes, and gravy.  My niece followed all the orders I gave from my sitting position on the couch.  Everything got cooked and we even ate by 1:00!  It was a feast of Thanksgiving and as we all went around and spoke some things we are thankful for, I think we all felt truly blessed!

Does your camera have a timer on it? Because you’ve got to start getting yourself into your family pictures!

Wow Esther! If I even hosted anything within the last two months of pregnancy I would’ve had a melt down.

ONLY 4 DAYS!! Can you believe it?

It’s funny how pregnancy seems to take forever until literally the last few days- then suddenly it speeds up so fast your head is whirling with anticipation.

I’m terrified of hosting Thanksgiving. I’d much rather contribute some dishes and then wash all the dishes at the end. You are brave!
