Sweet Nothings

I think it’s sweet that when I crawl into bed after my husband is asleep he has always said something like, “You awesome wife” or “You gorgeous woman” until recently that is. A couple of weeks ago when I got in bed he sat up and screamed, “YIKES scary monster!” I laughed so hard; I woke him up. I thought that was an isolated incident until the other night when I crawled in bed and he yelled, “Don’t hurt me. Don’t hurt me. Don’t hurt me!”

Jason must be going through a lot of stress at work to have so many nightmares.

I wrote this to you in a comment response on my blog, but thought I’d add it here, too. I laughed so hard at your “Sweet Nothings” blog recently. I’ll def have to try to stick to your hubby’s earlier sweet nothings. Though I have been known to utter things like the latter…. it was usually when work was stressful or something. I’m sure the “You awesome wife” and “You gorgeous woman” sweet nothings will be back in no time.

I am embarrassed saying this but one night I was fast asleep when an alarm on the back door started to go off. My wife woke my up and said someone was breaking in so being the “man” that I am I sat up in bed and, well, SCREAMED. After my wife asked me what I was doing I got out of bed to check the back door only to find that part of the alarm had fallen down causing the alarm to go off. I went and checked on my daughter and she said, “Mommy was screaming,” and I said, “No pumpkin, that was daddy.”

So I’m not the only one that does things like that! Itg sounds like you are very much like me. I LOOOVE TO LAUGH! Laughter is the best medicine, well actually after prayer!

I have woken my husband up with the things I say or do!
