My Purpose

I was beginning to think I was a pretty good person so God sent me a husband. Then I thought all my problems were basically his fault so God sent me four blessings. Now I see my sinful heart revealed to me more and more each day. May I take this gift God has given me and may it drive me to His Word that I may grow and bring glory to Him.

Haha I love this one. You’re pretty good so you get a husband. But he’s terrible so you get four kids. Haha I’m not totally sure how logical that particular logic train is! But it made me laugh! <3 Good post today. 🙂

Thank you Jan! I needed the reminder today too. It’s so easy to let my focus drift.

Thank you for taking the time to write. Have really enjoyed reading about the reality of life, while trying to just live what God has for you … How we need to laugh our way through life, very often at our expense!
