There was nothing like going gray to make me feel old. Now I look and feel younger with Gray Away! This post was sponsored by Gray Away as part of an Influencer Activation and all opinions expressed in my post are my own.

Going Gray
I started going noticeably gray in my early thirties. I remember visiting a friend who was about ten years older than I was. She had long brown hair with not a single gray in her beautiful mane. I felt wronged! Ha ha.
My mom also began going gray early so it wasn’t really a big surprise, but I wasn’t ready for gray hair. I began getting my hair dyed a couple times a year.

Beauty Goals
The next decade was spent giving birth and raising my children. While I tried to take care of myself, I was so much more passionate about taking care of my children. My goal, that I’d say with a laugh, was not to be frumpy at forty. Wouldn’t you know; I went and had my fifth baby at forty? I felt frumpier than ever, so that goal went out the window.
Now as I’m pushing…(Can it be true?)…50, my new mantra is fit at fifty. With my kids growing up and doing things for themselves, I have more freedom to take care of myself. I’m exercising most days, eating healthier, and taking better care of myself. Yea me! 🙂
A bi-annual trip to get my hair done no longer works for me. In the interest of saving time and money, I have begun dying my own hair at home. I can do it on my time at a fraction of the cost.
Still, most of my gray is right on top of my head at the part. It would have been so much more convenient if God had just put all the gray underneath right? So even though I dye my own hair about every three months or so, I still deal with those undesirable gray roots.

Enter Gray Away Temporary Root Concealer Spray!
For days I’m home with the kids, I still throw my hair in a ponytail and don’t worry about it, but when I want to go out and look nice, Gray Away Temporary Root Concealer Spray has saved the day.

Before and After Gray Away
I probably notice the gray more than other people do, but while my husband doesn’t say much, I don’t think he likes it. At least he’s always extra complimentary after I’ve covered the Gray. Ha!
The Gray Away Temporary Root Concealer Spray is very easy to use. Just shake and with back and forth motions, spray on hair until the gray is covered. Voila!

I easily found the best color for my hair in the beauty aisles at Walmart! I love that Gray Away offers an affordable, salon-quality root concealer that I can use at home or on-the-go as needed. It’s a fast and easy way to touch up and cover gray roots.
Gray Away Root Touch-Up Quick Stick
On our last getaway to Florida, the trip came up so fast that I didn’t have time to dye my hair before we left as planned. I especially wanted great family photos at Disney, and I didn’t want gray roots showing. That’s when I first discovered Gray Away. I stopped by a Walmart and found Gray Away Root Touch-Up Quick Stick! I loved it!

I look and feel younger with Gray Away! Fit at fifty here I come. And thanks in part to Gray Away, I’m not feeling frumpy either! 🙂
