In Character

Dressed and ready for the Fall Festival at church!

We have a scared princess, her fearless Tae Kwon Do protector, a cute little monster and a scary spider!

They had so much fun playing all the games and collecting candy.  Little Jason took every game very seriously and tried so hard to do it well.  I had so much fun watching them all!

Joy trying to secure her apple!

I didn’t take that many photos as it was the end of the day and I was quite exhausted.  I did wait patiently in line for my cotton candy though.  I look forward to that every year.  I LOVE cotton candy.  My husband rolls his eyes, but he can’t complain when it’s free!

I’m linked to Picnesday and  Wordless Wednesday.

Esther

They’re so cute! We did a church Fall Festival this weekend too. They had doughnuts on strings though…apples are so much healthier!

Hurray for dressing up in costumes! LOL I think my whole family is going to dress up as pirates tonight for Harvest Festival. I’m hoping to film the pumpkin smash for YouTube. (They drop a huge pumpkin from a crane.)

Fun! Our Fall Festival is tonight, and my kids can’t wait. It’ll be a sugared up,
late night, but so much fun! Both my kiddos are dressing up as monsters. 🙂

So cute. I love that your Jason took it so seriously.
At our trunk or treat our friends family was the Super Friends and they had parked out front , The Invisible Jet. I kept pretending to bump into the wing when I walked by.

My sons asked me several times, “Is it real Mommy?”, looking at my eyes to see they’d twinkle.

What is it with fall, strings, apples and/or donuts hanging – and kids’ delight in eating them? I love this tradition. Love fall festivals. (-:
