Grace is seven years old!! It is so hard to believe! We went out to Amigos for lunch. Amigos is one of the places we must stop at every time we come to Nebraska. Their Chicken Fajita Quesadillas are a favorite of mine! Grace was thrilled with a kid’s meal all her own and a balloon of course!
Back at Grandpa and Grandma’s house, it was time for cake. Jason’s parents got her a Dairy Queen ice cream cake. “This is the best cake I’ve ever had,” Grace commented. It is in fact delicious and reminded us of the last time we had Dairy Queen’s ice cream cake. The fateful night when we were all at the beach and…well that’s another story.
Grace is having so much fun . So neat to share her day with grandparents and cousins!
Presents are more fun with friends to share them with!
A very Happy Birthday to a sweet, tender-hearted girl. I have seen Grace change so much in the last year. Being right in the middle of five kids has been tough for her. She has become better friends with her sisters. She still plays really well with Little Jason. Grace loves her baby brother and longs to help, teach, and mother him. Of all my children Grace is the one who is most quick to feel bad and apologize when she has been wrong. I just love that about her! I’m so blessed to have had seven years with her!

Happy birthday Grace. It looks like you had a great day with family. 🙂
Happy 7th Birthday, Grace!!
That DQ cake looks scrumptious = )
Hope your birthday is as special as you are ~
EXTRA Special!
Kid’s meals are reserved for special occasions in our family too. Most of the time- our little one just shares with me! Looks like it was a fun time, Happy 7th Birthday!!
My daughter is about to turn 8. I can’t believe how fast time has flown. She’s my youngest, so it’s kind of sad for me. I’ll be throwing a tea party.
