How to Scare Your Teacher

Sitting in my Spanish classroom one day when I was in high school, I noticed a stray strand of hair dangling in front of my face.  Looking in the direction of the teacher, I shifted focus to the strand of hair.  “That is so odd to have this lone hair just dangling in front of my face,” I pondered.  My thoughts came to an abrupt halt when the teacher stopped what he was doing and with some concern asked, “Esther, what is the matter?”  I had no idea that I was looking at him cross-eyed!

Funny how we must look to others at times when that is the last thing we are thinking about. 🙂

Ah, the disadvantages of long hair – may cause cross-eyed-ism! Thanks for linking up!

Hahaha! Oh, boy. That must’ve been embarrassing for a high school student.
