Somehow, not sure how exactly, I managed to sneak out of the house for some shopping at Walmart with my oldest, sweet girl. It’s so rare that we get to spend time alone together. Normally, she would babysit for me if I need to run an errand so this was a special treat.
Bars. Whether they are for breakfast or a snack I like to keep them stocked in the pantry. Look at all that #FiberOneFlavor available @Walmart!
One of our favorites is the Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Chewy bars. Y’all they are so, so good!! Faith and I decided to make a Triple Berry Salad with Greek Yogurt to pair with our Fiber One Bar. This dish is bursting with flavor and just the right combination of tangy fruit and sweetness.
What you need:
- 16 oz Strawberries
- 4-6 oz Blueberries
- 4-6 oz Raspberries
- 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Wash and slice the strawberries and add them to a medium bowl. Wash the blueberries and raspberries and add them to the bowl. Look at those berries. Aren’t they beautiful?
In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, honey, brown sugar, and vanilla.
Pour over the berries and toss gently.
Serve. Oh how I love this salad! So light and delicious!
I love to serve Triple Berry Salad with Greek Yogurt with a Fiber One Bar for breakfast or a light meal when I am watching calories. Yum!
