Wow hasn’t June just flown by? Have you been as busy as I have? I don’t think it’s going to settle down much in July, but I am enjoying the change of pace.
My mom mentioned that she can tell I’m struggling with the blogging, by the elevated number of mistakes in my writing. Ha ha! Yes it’s true; I continue to find myself writing after 11:00 in the evening when everyone has gone to bed. I’m not always the most coherent and the proof reading and editing is being quite neglected. So here again is my apology! Right now it’ll just have to do!
We had out of town family saying with us off and on the last three weeks which has been super fun, but busy of course. I survived a week at home with just the two boys while the girls attended VBS. Two little kids are so much more demanding without their older siblings helping out. How did I ever do it just with two kids?
I have also been suffering from migraines. I was having them daily for weeks at a time. I’ve wondered if sugar could be a factor and have actually given up my daily Coke! I’m 4 weeks sober! I’ve just now completed a whole week without a migraine so maybe my humor will return. Laughing isn’t even much fun with a migraine!
A huge thanks to my community leaders for June. I’d love for you to visit their blogs!
Shari is a Christian stay at home mom and Grandmother. She blogs at Faith Filled Food for Moms about faith, parenting, step parenting, grand parenting, gardening, cooking, blended families, addiction, product reviews and everything in between.
Mari writes a private blog for her friends and family. I appreciate the true life discussions and humor she brings to the community.
Michelle is one of the friendliest bloggers that I have enjoyed getting to know. She blogs at Green Mother where she shares her tips and beliefs about being green.
OneMommy is a former teacher turned stay at home mom of two adorable children. She has not stopped teaching though as we get to enjoy so many of the wonderful activities that she is using to teach her pre-schoolers on her blog There’s Just One Mommy.

What a busy month! I hope July goes more smoothly!
It HAS been a busy month – I can barely keep up lately.
I sure hope your migraines stay away… Those are definitely no fun!
Thanks so much for the mention!
Migraines are horrible!! My Dr had told me that caffeine can be a trigger, but I wouldn’t be surprised if too much sugar could be too. Every body is different so what may be a trigger for me may not be for you. Hot dogs is another major trigger and for some chocolate (depressing I know!)
Hope you stay migraine free, there is no headache worse then a migraine!
