Texas de Brazil

Texas de BrazilI have wanted to go to Texas de Brazil ever since I saw the advertisement for it at our hotel when we came to the Dallas Fort Worth area to interview for a job eight or so years ago!

inside Texas de Brazil

Texas de Brazil salad barI had heard wonderful things not only about their meat, but the salad bar as well.  I was not disappointed!

Fellowship at Texas de BrazilWe had the opportunity to leave the kids with a sitter and join a group of couples from our church.  I think I almost forgot how to visit with adults without having to keep checking on what the kids are up to.  It was such a relaxing time of…stuffing ourselves with as much as we could!

Meat at Texas de BrazilThe meat selection was amazing.  I tasted bits and pieces of almost everything, but my favorite, as always, was the filet Mignon!  I was also talked into trying the lobster bisque.  I am not a fan of fishy food so I tend shy away from fish.  I’m so glad I tried the soup!  It was wonderful!

Birthday at Texas De BrazilOne of our friends celebrated a birthday that day and was treated to this celebratory cream brulee.

with friends at Texas de BrazilThe time went by way too fast and it was time to go back home to our wild ones.

date at Texas de BrazilBut we very much enjoyed leaving them home, if only for a little while!
