In the kit you will find a menu plan and grocery list. Along with the food in the box you will need to pick up some salad, veggies, fruits, milk, and string cheese. I had already started substituting fruit for chips and crackers, but I ate so much more salad and veggies on this plan! I feel like my meals were much more balanced.
