I wrote this review while participating in a campaign for Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Wet Ones. I received free admission to Six Flags, attended an informational and complimentary luncheon, and received a gift bag and promotional item to thank me for taking the time to participate.
I was so excited to be at Six Flag with my two oldest girls, just my two oldest girls! I wasn’t sure what to do with my hands since I wasn’t either pushing a stroller or carrying a baby. We arrived early, rode a few rides, and them met our group of Mom Central bloggers.
Meeting up with other bloggers is always so fun. These ladies understand me! 🙂 After everyone arrived, we were given a short tour of the park.
Wet Ones® Antibacterial Hand Wipes is an official sponsor of Six Flags Over Texas! With so many little hands all over everything, this is the perfect place to keep these handy, but don’t worry if you forget them. Wet Ones can be purchased in the gift shops!
Getting on the first roller coaster of the day with our new blogger friends!
I have always loved this ride! So high!
And then it was lunch time. Joy was thrilled with her lunch. She said the chicken nuggets were really, really good, but she was giddy when she was told she could take the lunch box home! Are they cute? Faith ordered Barbecue Fries and I a Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich. The food was all so good…and messy.
Lucky for us there were Wet Ones on the table! 😉
Over lunch we heard from Six Flags President Steve Martindale who has been with Six Flags for forty years!
Six Flags takes cleanliness seriously. The staff love Wet Ones and we laughed hearing about all the creative ways they find to use them. “Wet Ones® Antibacterial Wipes are a convenient and effective solution to keep hands clean when soap and water are not available, and to kill 99.99% of bacteria on hands.”
After lunch we witnessed some of the cutest Karaoke ever at the Wet Ones Karaoke Gazebo!
Then we were even treated for dessert. Yep, I can’t hide it. The funnel cake was awesome and apparently even my shirt enjoyed it! Thankfully once again there were Wet Wipes on the table!
Over dessert I got to meet Janet from Going Crazy! Wanna Go? We have worked on some of the same campaigns. I’ve run into her at Twitter parties and all over the web. It was so exciting to meet her!
And then the kids and I rode all the rides we wanted! And we did it my way! No running from one side of the park to the other like my husband likes to do. Ha ha! We strolled around hitting every ride we wanted!
Oh how I enjoyed the day! There was no whining or crying, just lots of fun!
We stayed until about eight o’clock. By then we were all really tired and had done every ride except one that the girls wanted to ride, but it was on the other side of the park and we were near the exit…and I didn’t want to get wet again. 🙂 But we are planning to come back to Six Flags and bring the whole family next time! They have that ride to look forward to!

It was so much fun to meet you at Six Flags! I’m glad we were able to hook up over my favorite meal of the day. 🙂
P.S. You got a much better pic of us on your camera, but I totally cropped out the funnel cake dust when I posted on my blog. 😛
Nice pictures, Have a wonderful day Six Flags 🙂
