Our First Family of Seven Photo

What in this picture does not belong?

I was so excited to introduce our new baby to the kids.  As they walked in with my parents and niece, I noticed one thing–A Halloween sweater?  If I was going to be picky about what they wore to the hospital I could have laid out their clothes, but I didn’t think one would show up in a Halloween sweater.  It still cracks me up!  No one noticed or thought anything about it.

The girls were so excited to see Bobby and hold him.  Little Jason, however, steered clear.  The only time he got near the baby was for this picture when some one sat him up there and told him to say cheese!   He is warming up to the baby now though–for the most part!

What a beautiful family! To be honest I didn’t notice the Halloween sweater until it was pointed out.

The first thing I noticed was little Jason looking as though he wants you to “Send him (Bobby) back!” lol!

What a cute family! You look way too gorgeous to have just given birth. Your husband looks like a deer in the headlights again…

Lol! I didn’t notice it either. When my teenager (then 11) was brought to the hospital by family members to see her brand new brother, she was filthy! No shower for days, greasy hair, stains on clothes. I was so upset! I thought the same thing. I should have bought her a special outfit to wear. She’d be holding that clean baby in photos like that forever! C’est la vie. After she saw the pics her hygiene improved. I guess they just rushed to the hospital. I would have cleaned her up first. In the greater scheme of things it doesn’t matter. Your family looks great, orange sweater and all!

I obviously didn’t notice the sweater. Still didn’t when I saw the picture until you pointed it out. Probably only a mom would notice. It’s a nice bright color.

My little man (3 yrs old) was a little nervous around his new sister too. Didn’t really want much to do with her. I guess its a boy thing. He’s warmed up to her now and even asks to hold her. He’s really sweet to her and randomly comes up to give her a kiss. Congratulations on your new little one.

Aww! What a great picture! I love being a family of seven. Just tonight we hung up seven Christmas stockings for the first time, and I LOVE how it looks — a huge row of family.

What a beautiful family you have, Esther!! No one probably would have even noticed the Halloween sweater until you mentioned it.

Little Jason doesn’t look too thrilled about being replaced as the “baby” of the family ~ ha!

Congratulations to ALL of you = )

What a cute family picture, my 18 month old practically attacked (in a good way) our baby in the hospital, now she just tries to push him out of my lap : )
