Bobby has been teething and was extra fussy. Finally, I sat down in the rocking chair with him and picked up the Wiimote. I found the Connect Four game. Hmm I used to like this when I was little. I didn’t think it would be too hard to play while I held the baby.
I lost over and over. I kept hitting the “play again” button. Surely I could beat the computer generated player. Remembering that we had the settings on genius for the computer players, I decided, after losing twenty times (no kidding) to change the settings to make it easier. I finally got to the right screen. Then I saw it. Level of difficulty: Novice.
I’m linked with Time Warp Wife.

HaHa!!!!
And they say women are good at multi-tasking!
I don’t think anyone can beat the genius computer. Weare used to them now, but it is scary in a way.
Ouch!
That is funny! 🙂
I love it! I so totally feel your pain. 🙂
I used to be good at stuff like that, but it’s been so long. I’d probably lose, too.
I know I would totally lose at those games — sometimes you are too old! 🙂
Oh dear! Haha! I find that it’s so much fun having kids and re-playing all those childhood games. Connect four, clue, go fish, memory, sorry, checkers, monopoly… you know, ALLLLL those games! =) I love cards, so my daughter will probably be playing poker by the time she’s 10.
Oh, way too funny. That would be my level too.
