Marriage and Remarriage According to my Daughter

On the way home from church one day we asked the kids what they learned in their lesson time.  Joy was quick to volunteer, “Mom you can’t marry another boy, not unless Daddy dies. Then you can marry a sweet boy that doesn’t tell lies, but only if he loves God. That’s what I learned in church today.”

“But what if I just get tired of Daddy. Then can I marry someone else?” I tested her.

“No you don’t get tired of Daddy. You love him all the day!”  That’s right baby!

The lesson was on David and Bathsheba!  I’m glad she is listening during lesson time.

Oh yes, those teachers teaching the kids on Sundays will have many rewards in heaven one day for all the Biblical gems they impart!

What a blessing that she is learning about these issues she is so right. You are truly blessed my sister to have your children growing up with the word of God so active in their lives.

So glad she understood the lesson so well, now if they teach the little boys just as well maybe the divorce rate would go down from around fifty percent when they grow up!
