I was invited to Houlihan’s to try their #Inpsiralized menu. All opinions are my own.
Have you joined the Spiralized movement? I confess I had never heard of a spiralizer until I was invited to this event, but I’m always looking for delicious ways to add more veggies into my diet, so I was very excited to try it.
Our evening began with a demonstration of a spiralizer. I even got to try it. You guys! It is so easy! You just insert your vegetable, turn, and our comes beautiful spiralized food! Follow this link to learn more about the Ali Maffucci and her spiralizer inspiration.
The first item on the menu that we sampled was the SWEET POTATO, CORN & BACON MEXICALI FLATBREAD. Oh y’all. My taste buds had no idea what they were getting into when they crashed with spiralized sweet potatoes & zucchini, sweet corn, bacon, Greek yogurt white sauce, pickled jalapeños, blend of cheeses, and avocado salsa. This is so delicious! Everything we tried was so good, but this flatbread was my favorite. You know how I love spicy food and the pickled jalapeno and avocado salsa makes this just perfection. This is amazing!
The THAI ‘NOODLE’ SALAD is the number one selling food on Houlihan’s menu right now. Sriracha Thai peanut sauce tossed with spiralized fresh zucchini ‘noodles,’ mango, red peppers, snow peas, tri-colored quinoa, basil, mint, almonds. I was not surprised this was so popular! It is just bursting with flavor, but check our those ingredients! Your body will thank you!
A lasagna without noodles? How could it be? Now y’all I love noodles. My dad called me the noodle kid when I was…oh well I don’t think he ever stopped. Ha ha! I couldn’t imagine a lasagna without noodles, but this BUTTERNUT SQUASH AND SAUSAGE LASAGNA made with spiralized butternut squash ‘noodles,’ herbed ricotta, Italian sausage, sautéed organic kale-spinach-chard blend, marinara & mozzarella, served with a pesto zucchini ‘noodle’ side salad is fantastic!
My husband went with me to this event. Now I wouldn’t exactly call him a foodie. He is more the health nut between the two of us, but where we don’t get along is that he is willing to compromise flavor if he thinks he is choosing something healthier. I’m not so willing to give up flavor. I’m always telling him to just give the a vitamin. Ha! Yes, yes, I know it’s not the same. Spare me the lecture! This however, is a menu we both agree on. It is packed full of good for you foods and doesn’t compromise on flavor. We can’t wait to go back for more.
And as an added bonus I won a door prize. Look at all these fun goodies.
Check out Houlihan’s Inspiralized Menu. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I sure wasn’t!

Yummy ~ that food looks so delicious!
I’m making plans to meet a friend for lunch next week, and now I’m going to suggest that we meet at Houlihan’s = )
Thanks so much for posting about Houlihan’s spiralized menu, Esther ~ I hadn’t heard about it before this.
I met my friend for lunch at Houlihan’s today, and I ordered the Thai Noodle Salad with grilled chicken. The salad was so big that I only finished half of it and brought the rest home to eat later. The salad was very fresh and healthy and so delicious ~ loved all the veggies, mango, fresh mint & basil, and the peanut sauce too.
We’ll definitely go back there again!
Thanks for the recommendation, Esther = )
