Bobby turned 6 in November, yes November! Remember how I keep telling you how behind I am, but that I’m working really hard to get caught up? This is me keeping my promise. Slowly but surely y’all! ๐ Bobby has always remembered his Chuck E Cheese’s birthday party as the best birthday ever and asked to go for his sixth birthday. I was worried he would be disappointed with just our family there to celebrate, but I think he understood. Hey any day at Chuck E. Cheese’s is a great day when you’re a kid right?
Six years old and he’s my youngest. It just wouldn’t be right if I don’t say that it’s hard to believe right? But on the plus side every kid can walk (no more strollers), buckle themselves in the cars, and take care of their own bathroom business, no more diapers or Pull-Ups! I thought it’d never happen.
Bobby is my quick witted kid. He gets things that you wouldn’t expect; he always has. When it comes to school, let’s just say I’m glad I had him last. It’s all easy for him, and he likes it! After struggling in various ways with the other four kids for years, now I know why some parents LOVE homeschooling. With this kid it’s a breeze!
Of course he has his own challenges. Bobby is very passionate about whatever he is doing and that includes when he is angry. Ahem! But he has worked hard at calming down when he is frustrated and at least he no longer smashes things! ๐
After a fun evening at Chuck E Cheese’s we came home for cake. We used relighting candles for the first time. He didn’t know it, but I think the other kids were giving away that something wasn’t right because in all the photos he looks concerned. I’m telling you, he has a sixth sense. We all had fun watching him
spit blow all over the cake repeatedly. It makes for some great family memories.
Thank you so much for watching Bobby grow up with me. Happy 6th Birthday, Bobby!
