Grands! Pepperoni Pizza Bake

How is back to school going?  That is the question right now isn’t it?  The night before our first day of Classical Conversations, it occurred to me that my daughter might actually have needed some books…and I didn’t purchase any!  Oops!  So we began our classes missing the essentials!  Thankfully friends helped us get the books within a day or two though!  But that’s pretty much how I keep feeling, like I’m running from one thing to another never quite prepared!

If we haven’t been doing our school work, then we’ve been running from one dentist appointment to another.  So when it comes to meals, quick has been the magic word.  I have been looking for great, yummy recipes that I can throw together in a jiffy like Grands! Pepperoni Pizza Bake.

Pillsbury Grands Pizza bake #sponI literally put this meal together in 3o minutes, and it was one that the family loved!  In fact, we cleaned out the pan, no leftovers that night!

Grands! Pepperoni Pizza Bake #sponIngredients:

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Butter Tastin’ Biscuits
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
24 slices pepperoni

Assemble Grands! Pizza #sponCut each biscuit into eight pieces.  I just cut them pizza style in little triangles.  Then add 1 cup pizza sauce and 1 cup of the cheese.  Toss.

Quick pizza #sponPlace into a greased 9X13 inch baking dish.  Top with remaining cheese and pepperoni slices.  Place in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly.

Dinner in 30 minutes #sponWhile the pizza was baking, I threw together a quick Caeser salad.  Perfect!

@Tess, I asked the family if it tasted like pizza or if it tasted like biscuits. The consensus was that it tasted like both! lol It really was good and so easy. We will be making this again!

Hello! Your pizza dish looks amazing!!! I’m looking forward to trying to it! I wanted to ask a quick question though.. I have a really good freezer biscuit recipe, and was wondering if I could use my freezer biscuits instead of pillsbury biscuits!? Would it taste the same? ☺️
