Funny Kids Quotes #22

I always say no one remembers anything I said when I was little.ย  I guess I was wrong.ย  My mom Frieda sent me this:

We used to call on Esther and her sisters and brother to ask the blessing at meals.ย  When Esther was about four, when it was her turn, she would invariably pray, “Thank you for the food, and please help Sara, Miriam, and Nathan to be good.”

I asked her one day why she didn’t include herself in her prayers.ย  She hesitated only a second before replying, “I don’t want to be good all the time!”

HaHa! Esther, that actually sounds like something one of your kids would say. That is so adorable!
