I usually try to vary the subjects I’m writing about, but I’m on a roll here so here is one more about my little guy.
On the very day that I posted “Boys and Bugs” I came down the stairs to find Little Jason. He looked up at me, held up his little fingers and said, “I taste it the bug, Mommy.” Sure enough he had some in his mouth. Then he threw the remains of the bug on the floor and said sadly, “Gone, gone the bug.”
Oh, you’ll be happy to know I kept my cool! It was easy actually because it wasn’t on ME! 🙂

Yay! My faith is restored in little boys and their antics. 🙂
Interesting blog.
Good luck and hope all goes well.
Ugh! Lol he ate the bug…Lovely. I had an uncle that used to eat ants to gross us out, it worked every time!
Lol…the Houston Museum of Natural History has a vending machine in it full of bugs…bug suckers, chocolate-coated bugs, and more! At least he had a good bite of protein!
My kids have all had their share of eating bugs and other gross things. My oldest ate chicken poop. One boy ate a stink bug. (Do you have those where you are? They are the PLAGUE here!) Oh, the tears after that one — stink bugs taste as nasty as they smell!
