Grace wants to be a chef when she grows up. Well she’s not sure if a chef or an artist, but she’s spending time working toward both, just in case! These easy pizza turnovers were her idea.
What you need:
- 2 Pillsbury refrigerated Pizza Crust rolls
- Pizza sauce ( Spaghetti or marinara sauce works too.)
- Shredded Cheese
- Broccoli
Unroll the pizza crust and cut it into four equal squares.
Add a couple of tablespoons of sauce.
Then sprinkle with cheese and broccoli. I wondered what it would taste like with broccoli, but it was really good and a great way to get the kids to eat broccoli!
Fold the squares over to form a triangle and then using a fork seal the edges. Place on a lined or greased baking sheet. Bake in 425 degree preheated oven for 9-12 minutes or until lightly brown. Two cans of pizza crust make 8 pizza turn overs and that was the perfect number for our family!
This was such a great #KidsInTheKitchen meal. It was easy, put together in just a few minutes, was ready in a jiff, and the whole family loved it! Win!

Awesome recipe Grace! I am going to try this for dinner one night with my family!
It looks delicious. Makes me hungry right now!
