As part of the SeaWorld Texas Wildside Bloggers I am occasionally invited to special events at the park. All opinions are my own.
Merry Christmas from our family to yours! What a blast we had celebrating the Christmas season at SeaWorld Texas! We saw a similar snow globe last year at SeaWorld Orlando, and I don’t remember why we didn’t jump in that time because I remember the kids commenting how fun it would be to get in. This time we couldn’t resist. It’s so hard to get all my kids looking in the same photo so I was very impressed with the photo. My kids were so excited to get in there though that they kind of went crazy when we got in jumping around and grabbing the stuff. Here we had a huge line waiting and quite the audience. Ahem! Can’t believe we got this shot!
SeaWorld’s Christmas Celebration where the Season Meets the Sea! We enjoyed festive hot chocolate and cookies thanks to Shamu Claus! 😉
I don’t know if it’s the chilly night or the atmosphere or that SeaWorld really just makes the best hot chocolate anywhere, but YUM it was so good! Even my husband who will usually pass on hot chocolate said it was especially good.
Bobby loved getting a chance smile for a photo with Shamu. He even got a great hug in! We had a busy day that began with our Penguin Tour that I told you about yesterday so we weren’t able to make it to every show, but we did make it to a couple.
We always love Pets Ahoy and A Pets Ahoy Christmas did not disappoint. My children always come home trying to teach our dogs new tricks. I just love how SeaWorld is an advocate for so many animals in pet shelters.
We also caught A Dolphin Christmas show. Set to music from the Nutcracker join Beluga Whales, Pacific White Sided Dolphins, divers, acrobats and trainers as they celebrate Christmas the SeaWorld way! This show is always so much fun.
We ended the night with Reflections at the entrance to the park. We enjoyed old fashioned Christmas carols with music, lights, and singing. It was a great finale to a super fun time with family and friends.
Such a great night. With all we did would you believe we even packed in some time for rides? Lots of fun for the whole family. Check out SeaWorld’s complete list of Christmas Shows and activities and make plans to celebrate Christmas at SeaWorld!

When I was a child in Dallas, we got to go to the Aquarium at Fair Park fairly often because it was free. It was in walking distance (a long walk for kids) so we didn’t even have to pay bus fare. Seeing the sea creatures was a lot of fun. I couldn’t have imagined all the exciting things my grandkids get to do at Sea World. I enjoy their experiences now through your pictures!
