We recently went to the 6 Stones Community Garden Party. They recently built a pavilion and were celebrating with a ribbon cutting by the mayor and everything! 6 Stones is committed to helping families in need in our community. One of the things they do that I thought was really neat is to have families adopt a garden plot, and then donate the vegetables. They do work and take donations including clothing and other things. I love that they are helping those in need right here.
The party was lots of fun for the kiddos. They enjoyed the extra long hay rides.
They also served hot chocolate, popcorn, and cotton candy!
We all enjoyed watching Bobby dance around to the live band and letting the kids run and play. It was a fun way to create awareness for this great cause. Check out their site to learn more about the evening, what they do, and how you can be involved.

I love the hay ride picture. Looks like fun!
