Shopping with Children

Shopping at our favorite buy-in-bulk store, Jason and I were having a debate as to whether or not we should purchase the Asian salad.  Our two middle children found a near-by plastic storage building set up to entice people who have way too much stuff.  My girls were running in and out of the building, but I didn’t think they were hurting anything.  In fact, I kind of forgot about them in the middle of our “to take or not to take the salad home” discussion.

So I didn’t notice the lady that walked up to the storage building telling her husband, “Look, we could sure use one of these . . .”  She flung the doors open, and like a jack in the box, up popped my two children!  Throwing her hand to her heart, she stepped back and exclaimed, “It comes with children.  I don’t want one that comes with children!”  We, they, and every passer-by had a grand laugh over the whole thing!
